Convenience Store Team Members are the faces of the Ultimart stores. They are an important part of our Guests’ day, and they are experts in creating the Guest experience.
Team Members at Ultimart are responsible for maintaining a clean store environment, food preparation, and assist with cleaning, inventory, maintenance and stocking duties.
Summary of Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to, the following):
- Delivers outstanding Guest service by maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that inventory is stocked and faced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provides quality food and beverages consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guides for all products.
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of our Company.
- Follows Company operational policies and procedures, including those for safety.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Promotes great team work and readily assists with team needs throughout the shift.
- Maintains a clean and polished appearance, wearing the designated uniform.
