Main Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:
- Greet guests with enthusiasm.
- Provide menu recommendations and additional information to enhance guest experiences.
- Upsell delicious additional products when appropriate.
- Take orders accurately using software or memorization.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of tables and tableware.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not a must.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- TABC and Food handler certification required.
