As a motivated Crew Member, you will gain valuable skills in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork while working in a fast-paced and enjoyable setting. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and present completed treat orders quickly and accurately.
- Stock, clean, and maintain all customer areas to meet restaurant safety and health standards.
- Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order delivery.
- Perform cleaning duties including counters, tables, restrooms, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
- Prepare and rotate stock items, and complete assigned prep work.
- Work as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
- Report any problems or unusual matters promptly to management or shift leaders.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a high-volume restaurant.
- Capable of standing for long periods and working in varying temperature ranges.
- Strong customer interaction skills with a positive attitude and good personal hygiene.
- Ability to read order monitors and recall product details.
- Willingness to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks, including outside areas.
- Must be able to work weekend and night shifts as needed.
