Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a talented team to deliver individualized math instruction in a group setting
- Assess student progress and engagement during sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student achievements
- Teach using the proven Mathnasium Method in-center, online, or hybrid formats
- Utilize digital educational tools to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain a safe, professional, and fun learning environment
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth center operations
Qualifications
- Passion for math and enthusiasm for working with children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow through continuous training
- Strong math skills through at least Pre-Calculus level
- Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on teaching
