Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our leadership team as a Manager in Training. This role is designed to develop future leaders who are passionate about serving others, creating remarkable experiences for guests, and building strong teams. The Manager in Training will work closely with the leadership team to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, with a strong emphasis on food safety, team development, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in delivering genuine hospitality and excellent customer service
• Assist in daily operations, ensuring adherence to Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Support team training, coaching, and development to foster growth and accountability
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests to build trust and strong relationships
• Work alongside senior leaders to execute restaurant goals, maintain operational excellence, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s values
Qualifications:
• Previous leadership experience required (restaurant experience strongly preferred; Chick-fil-A experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train, teach, and develop team members with patience and consistency
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
