What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Shift Lead, you’ll elevate every shift by:
- Leading daily FOH operations during assigned shifts—greeting guests, managing orders at the counter & drive‑thru, ensuring dining room cleanliness, and maintaining sanitary standards.
- Coaching and empowering Team Members—providing real-time feedback, sharing Chick‑fil‑A Core Values, and fostering a culture of respect and fun.
- Overseeing cash handling, shift close procedures, and ensuring accuracy and operational consistency.
- Collaborating with management to drive sales, minimize waste, and meet customer-experience goals.
- Stepping in to troubleshoot during busy rushes—supporting roles across FOH stations as needed.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 2+ years of shift-lead or assistant manager experience in a sit-down, QSR, or casual-dining system.
- People-Focused: Skilled coach with proven ability to mentor teammates and cultivate positivity on the floor.
- Operationally Skilled: Confident handling money, POS systems, and standard opening/closing tasks.
- Guest-Centered: Committed to friendly, efficient service—ensuring each guest leaves with a smile.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Flexible Availability: Able to work full/mid shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends; closed Sundays).
- Valid Eligibility: 18+ years old, eligible to work in the U.S., reliable transportation.
