Bar Manager – Daiquiri Paradise – Chalmette

Starting at $55,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an energetic, hands-on Bar Manager for Daiquiri Paradise in Chalmette, LA. We're looking for a leader who understands bar operations, knows how to develop a strong team, and can maintain high standards in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily bar and service operations while maintaining a strong presence on the floor
• Coach, train, and develop bartenders and team members to deliver consistent, friendly service
• Ensure consistent preparation, quality, and presentation of daiquiris and other beverages
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a strong team
• Manage scheduling and staffing based on business needs
• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, product levels, and waste
• Monitor labor, sales, and controllable costs
• Maintain cash-handling, opening, and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and service environment
• Support promotions and initiatives that drive sales and guest engagement
• Lead by example and create a positive, accountable, and fun team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
• Strong knowledge of bar and beverage operations
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of inventory, scheduling, labor, and cost controls
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable regulations
