Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant operations
- Coach and mentor management and hourly teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders
Qualifications
- Full-service restaurant General Manager experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience managing high-volume operations
- Financial acumen including labor and food cost management
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
