Your Impact:
- Lead daily BOH operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff with a focus on teamwork, safety, and efficiency
- Maintain BOH cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards (ServSafe compliance)
- Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and manage ordering and prep
- Support a strong partnership with FOH leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Contribute to team morale through hands-on leadership and clear communication
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH Supervisor
- Experience in upscale-casual or polished dining preferred
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of cost control, kitchen systems, and food safety best practices
- ServSafe certified or willing to become certified
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
