What We’re Looking For:
- Previous banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow directions, recipes, and production schedules
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays — especially during peak event seasons
- Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
