Position Type: Full-time; weekend availability required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Chick-fil-A’s Vision, Mission, and Values to guests and team members.
  • Lead and support the “Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy” and Hospitality Model.
  • Utilize metrics to identify trends and improve operations.
  • Provide continuous feedback and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure all procedures are executed with emphasis on hospitality, speed, and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated character, integrity, and a passion for serving others.
  • Ability to create and execute a personal development plan.
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
