Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Inventory Manager + Owner Location: Healdsburg & Windsor California Type: Full
Time Pay: $18.50 - $20
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing and in-store
merchandising efforts. This is a hybrid role that blends content creation with visual
merchandising and on-the-floor execution. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks
and feels, both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
● Own the design, build, and refresh of end caps, feature displays, and focal points
throughout the sales floor following our merchandising calendar
● Plan merchandising rotations aligned with promotions, new arrivals, seasonal
campaigns, and key sales periods
● Walk the floor regularly to identify opportunities, fix underperforming displays, and
ensure everything looks intentional and on-brand
● Ensure end caps are fully stocked, accurately priced, and refreshed on a consistent
cadence
● Tie end cap product to current promotions and sales priorities
● Identify cross-merchandising opportunities to pair complementary products across
departments and drive add-on sales
● Execute seasonal sales floor transitions — bringing in new seasonal product, building
out seasonal categories ahead of key selling periods, and transitioning prior-season
inventory to clearance
● Maintain merchandising supplies, fixtures, and props; partner with the owner on layout
decisions and floor sets
Content Creation
● Design flyers and print collateral for promotions and events and social media
● Capture photo/video of store, lifestyle imagery, promotional imagery
● Capture in-store displays, events, and behind-the-scenes content for social and email
use
● Organize and maintain a digital asset library
● Assist with planning and creating content for social media across Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, and other platforms
Event Support & Execution
● Coordinate logistics for in-store and off-site events: setup, breakdown, signage, and
supplies
● Provide hands-on, day-of event support to keep things running smoothly
Qualifications
● Strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling: both in print/digital and on the
sales floor
● Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
● Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video on a phone or other tool
● Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
● Willing to be on your feet, lift up to [25] lbs, climb ladders, and work some
evenings/weekends for events and floor sets
Nice to Have
● Prior visual merchandising or retail display experience
● Background in retail
● Graphic design or video editing portfolio
