The primary responsibilities of the warehouse and customer service associates are:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers by listening, identifying their needs and responding with solutions and product recommendations.
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight trucks as well as customer vehicles.
- Frequently load and unload items by hand up to 80 pounds.
- Assist customers with key duplication including automotive keys and key fobs.
- Re-screen window and door screens as well as custom build window screens.
- Accurately take and fulfill customer orders both in person and over the phone.
- Safely operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders and other power equipment.
- Assembly of merchandise to be displayed in store.
- Assist customers in locating product throughout the warehouse and in-store.
- Support the store management team
- Continually work on increasing knowledge of the products we sell and their uses
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a strong willingness to learn.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Must be able to move and stand for an extended period of time.
- Must be able to lift, move and handle up to 80 pounds frequently.
