Dairy Queen - Immediate Cake Decorator Needed

As a Cake Decorator, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that prioritizes fan satisfaction and aims to be the world's favorite quick-service restaurant.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional cake decorating experience
- Ability to guide yourself in the production of cake orders
- Comfortable with standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills with fans and co-workers
- Obtain ServSafe food certificate
- Ability to handle food products safely and maintain cleanliness
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Interview will consist of decorating a cake(s) to showcase your ability
Job Function:
- Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and provide exceptional service
- Prepare food products following health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain restaurant equipment
- Address fan concerns and maintain a positive environment
- Work harmoniously with team members and management
- Passion for excellence and willingness to go the extra mile
