Part-Time Evening Maintenance Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Maintenance Team Member to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and operating at its best. This position plays an important role in maintaining both our hot and cold commercial kitchen areas.

Position Type
Part-Time – Evening Hours
Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 2:00am
Friday - Saturday 11:00pm -3:00am
Possibility for additional (different) hours during different seasons and your ability to be productive
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain grill kitchen that includes various cooking equipment -based upon cleaning schedule provided
- Clean and maintain chill kitchen that includes various equipment for the production of our ice cream treats
- Clean and sanitize food prep surfaces and kitchen areas
- Wash and organize utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Take out trash and recycling from all areas of the restaurant
- Clean all floors, sinks, drains, and restrooms
- Assist with basic equipment upkeep and preventative cleaning
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained
- Prepare the restaurant for the next business day
- Completing other seasonal jobs (shoveling sidewalks, maintaining drive thru lane cleanliness, pest and rodent control, exterior building cleaning)
- Rotate products in walk in coolers and freezers
- Receiving and putting away product deliveries
- Stocking and organizing incoming inventory shipments
- Inventory delivery receiving and storage of inventory throughout the restaurant
Ideal Candidate
- Must be Reliable and self-motivated
- Must work well independently and be able to understand and complete directions given
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around commercial kitchen equipment
- Prior restaurant or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
