Position Overview:
The Truck Inventory Team Member plays a key role in supporting Chick-fil-A operations by receiving, organizing, and managing product inventory. This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload delivery pallets containing approximately 100–200 boxed items
- Safely open boxes using a box knife
- Break down and compact cardboard and packaging materials
- Organize and store products in designated areas
- Understand and follow proper product rotation, including FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Download and utilize the required inventory management app
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to leadership
- Accurately review and verify delivery invoices
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
- Ability to work efficiently and follow procedures
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Saturday availability
