Dishwasher/Prep for Weekend/Part Time

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Proper food handling and storage and assistance with preparing/portioning food products prior to cooking
- Ability to read in English OR Español for all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food according to the Turning Point and Health Department guidelines
- Wash pots, pans, trays, and silverware
- Ensuring all work and public spaces are thoroughly cleaned through trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Our managers will never ask you to do something they would not do themselves.
- Assist line cooks when needed
Requirements
- Available to work weekends, with opportunity for part time work during the week
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
- Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility
