Role Overview - Morning/Daytime Back of House Team Member

Our kitchen is the heart of our restaurant. While you’ll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, you’ll also gain life and workplace skills that go far beyond preparing great food. Back of House Team Members help ensure every guest receives the fresh, high-quality meals and signature care that make Chick-fil-A special. Availability Requirements

• Minors (15–17): Available at least one weeknight plus Friday & Saturday
• Full-Time: Typically scheduled 35–45 hours/week, available for a mix of opens/closes
• Part-Time: Typically 15–25 hours/week, be available for a opens/closes per week
• Shift Windows: Morning/Daytime 5 AM –5 PM
• Flexibility: Schedules may vary to support the team during peak times
• Compliance: All schedules follow labor laws for minors
