Back of House Team Member High School Student (16+)
At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. This is a great opportunity for high school students to gain real-world experience, build discipline, and develop strong work habits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Part-time (Student Availability)
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and able to follow direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Scheduling & Availability:
- Flexible scheduling around school and activities
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and/or school breaks preferred
