- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in a high-energy environment
- Create genuine connections with guests through eye contact, enthusiasm, and care
- Work as part of a team to maintain flow, speed, and a clean, organized restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and teammates
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards in service, appearance, and professionalism
