Front of House Team Member (Closing Shift)
At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Front of House PM Team Members play a critical role in finishing the day strong. This team is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during evening hours while ensuring the restaurant is clean, stocked, and fully reset for the next day.
Position Type:
Full-time and Part-time (Afternoon/Evening Availability Required)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service during dinner and closing hours
- Create genuine connections with guests through hospitality and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front of house environment
- Execute closing procedures with attention to detail and urgency
- Work as a team to reset and prepare the restaurant for the next day
