We are hiring for both Front of House and Kitchen positions at our Tanger Outlet location.
WHAT COULD YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Front of House
Picture a busy lunch or dinner rush. You're welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, delivering meals, and working alongside your team to keep everything moving.
You'll help create an experience where guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, while providing service that is fast, accurate, and personal.
Kitchen
Prefer working behind the scenes?
You'll work with a team preparing the food our guests know and love. You may bread and cook chicken, prepare fresh ingredients, assemble orders, maintain food quality, stock your area, or prepare for the next rush.
The pace is quick, the standards are high, and every position matters.
No matter which area you work in, you'll be part of a team working toward the same goal: serving great food with genuine hospitality.

FULL TIME AVAILABILITY
Full Time Team Members must average at least 35 hours per week over a three month period and be available at least 5 days per week, including Friday and Saturday.
Candidates must have availability for at least one of the following schedules:
5:45 AM to 2:00 PM
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Restaurant work is active and fast paced. Team Members must be 16 years of age or older and able to:
- Remain on their feet for extended periods of time
- Walk, bend, reach, crouch, twist, and move throughout a shift
- Be able to perform all job duties with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Navigate busy and sometimes tight work areas safely
- Maintain a sense of urgency while working safely and accurately
