Flexible Hours

Work Directly with A Chick-fil-A Operator

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Responsibilities:

Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness guidelines.
Wash and prepare produce for the day.
Assemble salads. wraps, fruit cups, parfaits and other cold food items in correct proportions.
Cool and cut chicken for salads
Prepare lemonade daily.
Execute catering orders.
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
Handle high pressure position.
Work Quickly and Efficiently.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Maintain Proper Quality Parameters.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
