Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking dependable and enthusiastic Closing Kitchen Care Team Members to support our back-of-house operations and ensure our kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next day. Kitchen Care Team Members play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure a clean work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and the kitchen overall.
- Sort and stack dishes, pots, and pans to facilitate efficient cleaning.
- Assist with food preparation as needed during rush hours and slow periods.
- Alert the kitchen staff of any damaged or broken items that require attention.
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Support the overall team by helping wherever needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Availability: Evening closing shifts (8-hour shifts)
