Drive-Thru Shift Lead – Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place
Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is seeking an experienced and motivated Drive-Thru Shift Lead to oversee one of the most important parts of our business. This leader will guide our Drive-Thru operations with excellence, motivate team members to achieve results, and create a welcoming guest experience from start to finish.
Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift Availability: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (must have full availability for this shift)

Requirements:
- Ability to open the restaurant
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Exceptions to any requirement may be made at the discretion of the Operator

1. Operational Disciplines

Drive-Thru Cockpit
- Tornado Bagging Strategy
- Beverage/Dessert Assembly Strategy
- Window Execution
2. Performance Expectations
- Meet and exceed service time goals
- Ensure order accuracy scores remain high
- Achieve daily sales goals
3. Administrative Responsibilities
- Track team member attendance
- Manage resources, technology, small wares, and equipment
- Plan weekly position setups, including break strategies
- Conduct quarterly team member evaluations
4. Team Leader Training & Development
- Checklist Training
- Operational Discipline Training
- Execution Training
