Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Front of House Food Safety Shift Leader to oversee food safety compliance, restaurant cleanliness, and safe daily execution. This leader plays a critical role in protecting our guests, team
members, and brand by ensuring food safety standards and daily criticals are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Front of House food safety execution during assigned shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with Chick-fil-A food safety standards and procedures
- Monitor and document Safe Daily Critical checks throughout the shift
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness across all Front of House areas
- Coach and hold team members accountable to proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Address and correct food safety or cleanliness concerns immediately
- Support an exceptional guest experience by modeling Chick-fil-A values and standards
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Strong communication skills and confidence in enforcing standards
- Dependable, organized, and consistent leader
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Prior leadership or food safety experience preferred
- Ability to open or close the restaurant as scheduled
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- Exceptions to requirements may be made at the discretion of the Operator

Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Availability: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (full availability required for this shift)
