Responsibilities:
• Must be open to working weekends and late nights
• Taking orders, communicating with customers, the bar and BOH accordingly
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Quickly and proficiently address customer concerns
• Set up & clean tables/dining area.

• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities
• Works with a sense of urgency and pride
• Demonstrates critical thinking when unexpected situations arise
• Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly and proficiently address customer concerns
