- Leading, organizing and motivating the team to meet success

- Scheduling

- Assigning duties and providing constructive feedback

- Assign or complete daily & weekly cleaning tasks, keeping work area up to Chicago health code standards

-Work with leadership team to ensure smooth operation

-Must be open to working weekends and late nights
