Interviews will take place in the yellow and white trailers located in the new Chick-fil-A Bremerton parking lot. We are tentatively scheduled to open in May, though this date is subject to change.

The Team Leader role at Chick-fil-A Bremerton is more than just a job; it's a launchpad for personal and professional growth. You'll develop valuable life skills while creating exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities range from greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere to taking orders (inside and outside), bagging meals, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing desserts and drinks.

Position Type:

· Full-time and part-time positions. Be available to work a minimum of 15 (fifteen) hours per week, to include each Friday and Saturday

· As a closer - Be available to work until 1130pm at least five nights per week, to include each Friday and Saturday

· As an opener - Be available to work at 5am at least five mornings per week, to include each Friday and Saturday

· At least 18 years old

Responsibilities:

· Assemble, clean, and maintain equipment

· Champion food safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations

· Communicate clearly to ensure team alignment

· Complete additional duties as needed and assigned

· Deliver exceptional food quality

· Develop and train Team Members for success

· Ensure accurate and timely guest orders

· Ensuring accurate rest break management

· Executing professional "First-In, First-Out" rotation and lean production levels to minimize food waste and ensure maximum freshness

· Foster a respectful and inclusive environment

· Going beyond the counter to deliver meals and proactively serve guests

· Increase transactions with accurate and exceptional food quality

· Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care

· Maintain consistent adherence to Chick-fil-A standards

· Maintaining a high "sense of urgency" to meet speed-of-service goals while ensuring 100% order accuracy, even during peak rushes

· Maintaining high accuracy in cash handling, order bagging, and inventory rotation

· Managing the operations of a high-volume, fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant

· Prepare, assemble and serve products

· Protect the brand with consistent adherence to Chick-fil-A standards

· Serving our guests in various weather conditions with safety and a smile

Schedule:

· Monday to Saturday (6am - 1030pm). Closed each Sunday
