Sales and Brand Growth Director

Job Overview: 

This is a high-impact leadership role that blends marketing strategy, brand reputation management, and operational involvement. Candidates must be deeply aligned with Chick-fil-A Brockport’s values and eager to lead both in strategy and execution. This role is a career level position within the organization and sits on the senior leadership team.

This is a demanding, high-impact role that requires deep personal investment and a strong commitment to the Chick-fil-A culture and brand, our specific brand and reputation at Chick-fil-A Brockport, and a relentless adherence to our Vision and Core Values at Chick-fil-A Brockport. They will also need to continually develop themselves to grow with the business so they can lead alongside and in front of the team.

At its heart, this is a leadership role and should not be seen as solely a marketing role. There will be seasons of intense operational involvement and seasons that will be heavily skewed towards events, sales initiatives and marketing duties. A great Sales & Brand Growth Director will learn to discern the difference between these seasons and how to adapt to the ever changing landscape of the restaurant.

This role reports directly to the Owner/Operator and will receive a great deal of independence to market and grow the business, which will require a great deal of trust to be built and maintained. In addition, as the business grows, this role will have the potential to oversee multiple event/catering coordinators and multiple marketing support team members.


Marketing and Brand Development Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following core areas:

  • Management of content and account activity across all social media platforms
  • Management of all in-restaurant POP (point of purchase) marketing materials
  • Creation and implementation of any and all additional marketing initiatives and material, including print and digital
  • Fostering of community partnerships and relationships

Catering and Events Duties:

  • Sourcing and maintaining catering sales and operations
  • Catering customer relationship management
  • Compliance with restaurant VIS (Visual Identity Standards) provided by Chick-fil-A, INC.
  • Planning, executing, and hosting restaurant events
  • Support for new initiatives or needs related to brand reputation, guest experience, or local partnerships

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • At least one year of leadership experience on the same team/business being able to show growth, continuity, and commitment
  • Graphic Design experience (candidates may be asked to provide samples of prior work)
  • Social Media marketing experience (candidates may be asked to provide samples of prior work)
  • Experience leading alongside others
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead group presentations, draft professional emails, and make internal announcements.
  • Experience with Google Docs and/or Microsoft office suite (primarily Excel and Word)


Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience using Canva, Photoshop, etc.
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Food Service shift leading experience (or similar)
  • Experience designing and leading events
  • Experience planning and leading sales building initiatives

Work Expectations/Characteristics:

  • This is a full-time, leadership-level position requiring a typical commitment of 40+ hours per week. Scheduling flexibility is available based on seasonal needs and performance.
  • Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
  • Availability for nights and weekends (Friday/Saturday)
  • Must be self-starter
  • Must be coachable and adaptable to changing environments
  • Able to problem solve and adapt quickly 
  • Commitment to learn 100% of Chick-fil-A brand marketing standards and adhere to those standards within the first 6 months of the job
  • 100% adherence to Chick-fil-A standards during operational work
  • Ability to support, promote, and manage Chick-fil-A Brockport’s brand, reputation, and community involvement in smart and responsible ways

  • Weekly one on one training, coaching, and support from Owner/Operator Aaron Reynolds
  • Exhaustive training in Chick-fil-A expectations and procedures

Compensation and Benefits:
