Culver’s of Mukwonago is looking for a dependable, team-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our crew and create a welcoming environment for our guests. If you love great food, friendly service, and working with a high-energy team, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager
- Lead by example to ensure top-tier guest service and food quality
- Train, coach, and develop team members for success
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Manage shift operations and resolve any guest issues professionally
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture rooted in respect and teamwork
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ year(s) of restaurant or assistant manager leadership experience required!
- Fast casual restaurant experience! $4-5 million yearly sales volume preferred!
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Willingness to jump in wherever needed – no task is too small or too big!
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule, including availability on nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
