Culver’s of Mukwonago is looking for a dependable, team-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant, support our crew, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, positive environment. Location note: This Culver’s restaurant is located 45 minutes southwest of downtown Milwaukee.

What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Deliver excellent guest service and consistent food quality
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership or assistant manager experience required
- Fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
- Reliable, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Flexible availability and a strong team-first mindset
Pay & Benefits
