Culver’s of Mukwonago is hiring a dependable, team-focused Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and support our crew in a fast-paced, positive environment. Please note: This Culver's location is 45 minutes southwest of downtown Milwaukee. The address is 1090 N. Rochester St, Mukwonago, WI 53149.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Deliver great guest service and food quality
- Train and support team members
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Handle guest concerns professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership or assistant manager experience required
- Fast-casual experience preferred
- Reliable, hands-on leader with flexible availability
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay (based on experience) + quarterly performance bonuses
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Typically 40-45 hours per week
