Come join our Culver's team in Mukwonago, WI. This restaurant is located at 1090 N. Rochester St. We are located 45 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Must be an adult (18+) with daytime availability from anywhere between 7am-8pm! We have both backline and frontline opening positions for putting away truck, opening grill, and opening lobby.

Full-time employee wages start at $15 per hour and higher wages are offered based on previous fast food service experience and availability. A $13 meal credit is offered for shifts over 6 hours! Our back-of-house (BOH) kitchen crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position. Our BOH team works together to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those to be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- Move items weighing up to 50 pounds for various needs
- Possess manual dexterity for assembly
- Able to reach, bend, push, pull and/or stretch body to grab or move items
- Remain in a standing/sitting position for 4 or more hours at a time
- Able to quickly move about inside and outside the restaurant
- Able to use various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc. if allowed to by law
- Exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment
- Exposure to weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
- Able to see, read, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media
