Culver’s is looking for a Janitorial Associate!

What does the schedule look like?
Our janitorial associates are the first crew members to arrive at our buildings each morning. These shifts run from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and focus on tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and filtering fryers. For the right candidate seeking full-time hours, we can extend the shift to 1:00 PM–3:00 PM to include working in the kitchen and preparing fresh meals for our guests after 11:00 AM.
Every day, our Janitorial Associates hustle to set an excellent Culver’s experience in motion. They open the doors each morning and ensure our restaurants and equipment are in tip-top condition. Keep our kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high-quality standards. Basically, porters keep our entire operation running smoothly for guests and team, so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other.
Some tasks we do every day:
- Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately
- Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively.
- Put food orders away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
- Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
- Sweeping and mopping the floors to make sure they are ready for our guests.
- detail cleaning areas like our ice machines, our restrooms, and our patio areas.
