Chick-fil-A- Hospitality Team Lead

We are seeking a Team Leader who lives out our purpose “to make every life we touch better” cares for people and wants to positively impact our Team Members by encouraging them to achieve service, quality, and revenue goals. The Team Leader will assist the Director team

with cultivating a culture of excellence in either the front-of-house or back-of-house. The Team Leader reports to our Directors.


Pay Type:

● Starting at $18 - $18.75/hr, commensurate with availability and experience (Please keep in mind you will be starting as a team member first

Requirements:

● You will be completing around a 90 day training program (Team member to Team Lead), starting wage will be commensurate with team member pay until training is completed.

● Proven leadership experience - could be in a kitchen or customer service environment, but we also love seeing leadership in former positions, other industries, or in athletics, music, the arts, military, agriculture and more! If you are a leader, we’d love to talk!

● Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

● Ability to multitask and prioritize the most important tasks

● Ability to stay calm, be flexible, and encourage others

● Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

● Must be 18 or older and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods

● Proficient in English




Responsibilities:

● Maintains positive working relationships and treats all employees with honor, dignity, and respect while providing them with direction and feedback

● Collaborates with the leadership team to train new Team Members, and tracks their performance to ensure they’re equipped for success

● Monitors employee performance, and reports information back to Leadership Team as necessary

● Consistently and creatively motivates Team Members to maintain our high standards of customer service and care

● Ensures all shift tasks are completed according to the daily schedule

● Correctly interprets the intentions of the weekly schedule and places Team Members in the positions most suited to their skills and talents

● Achieves strategic annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives

● Takes ownership in front-of-house and/or back-of-house facilities, ensuring that the restaurant is clean, stocked, and organized

● Ensures that all equipment is being cleaned & maintained appropriately, and that safety & security procedures are being followed

● Complete understanding of each key position in the front-of-house and back-of-house

● Follows sanitation and food safety procedures
