About the Role
Are you an experienced leader looking for a high-growth career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment?
Our Manager in Training (MIT) program is an intensive, fast-track leadership development pathway designed to turn proven outside leaders into restaurant managers. Every great leader in our business starts by mastering the hands-on operations of our restaurant. Rather than sitting in a back office, you will begin working shoulder-to-shoulder with our team members to master high-volume food service, operational precision, and world-class guest hospitality. As you master operational stations and build authentic relationships with the team, you will quickly transition into shift supervision, area leadership (Person in Charge), and restaurant keyholder responsibilities. If you have a heart for serving others, a strong work ethic, and proven supervisory experience, this program gives you direct ownership of
your leadership trajectory.
What You’ll Do
1. Hands-On Operational Mastery (Phase 1)
· Work directly on the floor across Front of House (guest hospitality, drive-thru, counter service) and Back of House (kitchen prep, food quality, cooking assembly).
· Master our core operational standards, recipes, food safety protocols, and fast-paced workflows during peak lunch and dinner rushes.
· Build trust and credibility by modeling hustle, teamwork, and humility alongside the team.
2. Shift & Area Leadership (Phase 2)
· Step into supervisory floor management as a Person in Charge (PIC).
· Direct station setup, oversee shift break rotations, and ensure team execution matches peak customer demand.
· Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, drive-thru cadence, and kitchen throughput in real time.
· Conduct essential daily quality checks, including temperature logs, thaw cabinet inspections, and food safety audits.
3. Team Coaching & Development (Phase 3)
· Coach and mentor team members in the moment, reinforcing high standards of service, cleanliness, and speed.
· Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on care, accountability, and mutual respect.
· Learn essential restaurant opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and implement quick, effective floor solutions.
