Minimum Age 18+, with 2 years of driving history.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. Must provide proof of insurance coverage.
As part of our crew, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating all equipment.
- Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to the storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Preparing products
- Receiving and processing telephone orders
- Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily
- Greeting customers when they arrive
- Delivering the next order up safely to the address
- Use the Domino's App when delivering orders to the customer

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their needs effectively
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Safely deliver orders to customers and represent the brand positively on every delivery
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting customers
- Basic math skills for managing transactions
