As a Shift Leader, you will assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will help lead the team, maintain operational standards, and create a positive work environment where everyone can succeed.

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate team members during each shift
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure food quality, order accuracy, and speed of service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Coach and develop team members into future leaders
- Assist with inventory counts and truck orders
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed with integrity
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math accurately
- Create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Must obtain a Food Handler's License within the first 30 days of employment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
