Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Rd is hiring Front of House Team Members for our fast-paced restaurant. This role focuses on customer service, cashiering, order accuracy, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Starting pay is $14-$18/hr based on availability and experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a smile and maintaining eye contact
- Take accurate customer orders and process transactions efficiently
- Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and front counter areas
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members during busy periods
- Support front of house operations and assist with other duties as needed
- Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards, rules, and dress code
Scheduling Expectations
- Day shift availability required: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (or later depending on schedule)
- Must have Saturday availability
- Must be able to work 5 days a week.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak restaurant hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- No restaurant experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, cheerful attitude and passion for serving others
- Dependable, adaptable, and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Able to lift and carry 5–20 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
