Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Road is expanding our Front of House Team to our OFF-SITE location at Northside Hospital! This role focuses on customer service, cashiering, order accuracy, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Position Details:
- Full-Time, 32+ hours per week
- Saturday availability is required
- Availability to work 2:00pm-9:00pm at a minimum.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay is $14-$18/hr based on availability and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment at our off-site location
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a smile and maintaining eye contact
- Take accurate customer orders and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members during busy periods
- Support front of house operations and assist with other duties as needed
- Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards, rules, and dress code
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- No restaurant experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, cheerful attitude and passion for serving others
- Dependable, adaptable, and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Able to lift and carry 5–20 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
