Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate customer orders and process transactions efficiently
- Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and front counter areas
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members during busy periods
- Support front-of-house operations and assist where needed
- Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards, rules, and dress code
Position Details:
- Evening Shift: Must be available to work part-time evening shifts, like 4:00pm-8:00pm, 5:00pm-9:00pm, or similar
- Full-Time: Must be available to work 20+ hours per week
- Must have Saturday availability
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 16 or older.
- No experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, cheerful attitude with a passion for serving others.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 5–20 pounds.
