Responsibilities:
· Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter and register
· Accurately take and process food orders (dine-in and to-go)
· Operate the cash register as needed to process payments
· Assist with packaging to-go orders and stocking supplies
· Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
· Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Previous food service/retail experience a plus (but not required)
· Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Knowledge of food safety procedures is necessary.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Shift work, weekends, and public holidays, as needed is required.
- Ability to read and comprehend food orders is required.
- Must be able to get along with coworkers while working in close quarters.
