Responsibilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Stand for 10+ hours
- Work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
- Memorize floor chart, table numbers, and cleaning procedures
- Clean and reset tables promptly
- Assist in running food to guests
- Prioritize cleanliness and safety procedures
- Anticipate team needs and assist accordingly
- Operate POS system and handle guest transactions
- Promote a positive guest/employee environment
- Transport dishware and maintain cleanliness
- Provide exceptional hospitality
- Adhere to uniform guidelines
