POSITION IS IN BATON ROUGE, LA
FOH Manager
BLDG 5 is looking for a motivated and friendly Front of House Manager. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant during a shift. Supports in responsibility of team member scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, and enforcing policies, procedures & standards. Manages all scheduled shifts for appropriate coverage to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous relevant management experience in high quality restaurant.
Proven leadership skills: people development, floor management, time management.
Excellent interpersonal skills: positive attitude, communication skills, professional appearance.
Excellent work ethic: driven, organized, dependable, flexible.
Key Responsibilities
Based on job description includes but is not limited to:
Supervise shifts with exceptional service, quality and cleanliness.
Provide team leadership and maintaining focus & morale.
Recruit, hire, train, staffs and schedule team members within guidelines.
Communicate with guests to ensure and exceed guest satisfaction.
Lead with a sales driven, profit smart mentality.
Foster a strong team dynamic between Back of House and Front of House.
All other key areas and tasks as required by BLDG 5’s owners and GM.
