As a Bar Prep, you are responsible for the behind-the-scenes preparation that powers a smooth and efficient bar operation. From crafting fresh garnishes to batching house-made ingredients, your attention to detail ensures that bartenders can create memorable drinks quickly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stock all fresh garnishes, juices, syrups, and mixes needed for service.
- Follow standardized recipes and batching procedures accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep area at all times.
- Assist with bar setup and restocking to ensure full readiness before service begins.
- Rotate and label ingredients properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Support bartenders during service by replenishing supplies as needed.
- Uphold Chop’s commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
