Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dishes swiftly and accurately, confidently describing each plate to guests.
- Confirm food accuracy and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Engage guests at the table to ensure satisfaction and assist with additional needs.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to maintain service flow.
- Retrieve necessary condiments, silverware, or additional items to complement meals.
- Assist servers with table maintenance and service tasks during quieter periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service area and expo line.
