Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly welcome, creating an immediate positive impression.
- Graciously thank and invite guests to return as they depart.
- Seat guests promptly, ensuring optimal table selection to maximize guest experience.
- Anticipate guest transitions and manage table turnover effectively.
- Open the front door for arriving and departing guests as part of a welcoming gesture.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, providing information and booking reservations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance, including the foyer and washroom areas.
- Uphold a positive and collaborative attitude with guests and team members throughout your shift.
