At Chick-fil-A, we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader to own and grow our Catering Program through serving our community in meaningful ways, one order at a time.
This role is more than preparing food, it’s about showing up for the businesses, schools, families, and events during moments that matter. That Catering Manager is responsible for executing all catering operations with excellence, ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and creates a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:
In-Restaurant Responsibility:
- Work closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the Restaurant has all food and paper goods needed to prepare upcoming catering orders
- Manage all incoming catering orders (phone, online, in-person or EZCater)
- Plan and coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and on-time delivery or pick-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all catering equipment and designated areas (including cleaning TMS bags, organizing and labeling catering inventory)
- Oversee setup and presentation for catering events when applicable
- Continuously evaluate all guest expectations, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate operational enhancements to the Operator
In Community Responsibility:
- Serve as a brand ambassador by building relationships within the local community
- Maintain and grow existing catering partnerships through thoughtful and personalized touches (ex. Surprise and delight moments, handwritten thank you notes, etc.)
- Proactively generate new catering opportunities by disturbing marketing materials and engaging potential guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating personalized and memorable experiences
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests regarding order details, timing and expectations
- Handle any issues, concerns, or changes with professionalism, urgency and care
Skills and Qualities:
- Proven self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Passionate for building meaningful relationships with guests and the community
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and track catering sales
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to delegate effectively
- Resilient and adaptable when facing challenges or setbacks
- Previous leadership or food service experience preferred
- Passionate about creating meaningful moments and spreading joy through service
