Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in building delicious sandwiches, salads, and smoothies – The Sandwich Spot way
• Oversee the shift operations and ensure smooth flow during rush hours
• Support team members with hands-on training, guidance, and encouragement
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service
• Restock supplies and ensure all stations are prepped and ready
• Assist customers with a positive attitude and friendly service
• Work closely with management to uphold store policies and procedures
We’re looking for someone who:
• Works well under pressure and stays cool during a rush
• Values teamwork and takes initiative
• Pays close attention to details and leads by example
• Is reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with us
