The Medical Billing Account Executive is responsible for developing new client relationships and managing the full client acquisition and onboarding process for our medical billing and practice consulting services.
The role requires frequent travel and strong communication with both physicians and our internal team.
Key Duties:
• Travel extensively across the United States to meet with physicians, practice managers, and other medical professionals, both within and outside the state.
• Meet with doctors and practices referred by partners, as well as existing clients of our accounting practice, to introduce our medical billing and consulting services.
• Explain the company’s ability to deliver more reliable, accurate, and cost-effective medical billing solutions compared to the practice’s current provider.
• Review and analyze existing billing reports to identify errors, claim denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage opportunities.
• Understand each practice’s workflows, procedures, payer mix, and current billing processes to present a tailored solution.
• Convert prospects into signed clients and manage the complete onboarding process, including collecting all required practice and provider data and entering it into our systems.
• Coordinate closely with the back-office billing team to ensure a smooth account transfer and successful implementation.
• Provide consulting support to help practices streamline their operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Facilitate analysis of the practice’s books and financial records when needed, as this is part of our integrated accounting and billing practice.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of both the practice’s books and billing performance with the CPA on staff and the part-owner, who will also be involved in ongoing oversight.
