Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years previous Restaurant Leadership experience is required. ServSafe Certification is preferred.
- Be able to open and close the restaurant (paid training will accomplish this)
- Work at least 40 hours a week
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
- Lead a team of 20-30 people simultaneously
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A and NC DHEC Food Safety standards
- Exhibit exceptional customer service/hospitality characteristics
- Be servant-hearted and humble, must be coachable and willing to learn
- Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals
- · Believe in a total team mentality with expectations to spend time performing FOH and BOH functions and other duties assigned by the Owner/Operator, Directors, and other leaders including cooking, cleaning, food preparation and serving guests
- Coach team members to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales and continuously improve hospitality
- Work in conjunction with all management to enforce compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility
- Review and monitor financial and operating performance of the restaurant; develop and implement action plans to correct inadequate performance
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and administrative responsibilities simultaneously
- Take direction from Senior Leadership effectively and implement changes as needed
- Stay up to date with all communication avenues to remain informed about organizational updates
- Lead and manage a team of up to 30 people, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment
- Effectively manage administrative responsibilities alongside operational requirements
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, particularly in challenging situations and within a diverse team
